The Monte-Carlo Gift Card can be used throughout the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Resort (with the exception of table games and slot machines, and only for shows organised by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer).

You can’t pay with the 3D Secure system?

If you buy a Monte-Carlo Gift Card on our website, you will be redirected to the 3D Secure system to validate your payment. This system helps to prevent fraud in online credit and debit card transactions. The authentication process is in fact strengthened: you will have to enter an additional PIN either predefined between you and your bank or received in real time by SMS on your mobile phone (sent by your bank on a predefined telephone number).

Your bank sets up this system. Therefore, the extra information requested from you varies from one bank to the next. In some cases, you have to subscribe to a free option enabling you to identify with your bank the information requested from you when you make an on-line payment. If you come across a problem during payment, please contact your bank directly and it will guide you through this procedure.

 

What are the delivery times?

When you purchase a Monte-Carlo Gift Card on our website, you have 2 delivery methods to choose from:
- The lettre suivie, used for sending 1 to 2 cards to France/Monaco, allows you to be delivered to your letterbox (without request for signature), from Monday to Saturday, within an average of 4- 5 working days. The delivery of the package can be viewed online on the Post Office website.
- The DPD parcel, used for sending 3 cards and more to France / Monaco or from the first card abroad, allows you to be delivered to your letterbox (without request for signature), from Monday to Saturday, within an average of 4-5 working days.

 

How much are the shipping and handling costs?

A flat-rate amount for participation in the costs of preparing and shipping the order is applied.
To France & Monaco:
- 3 € for 1 gift card (with gift bag or gift box), 6 € for 2 cards, 9 € for 3 cards in lettre suivie.
- €11.48€ for 4 to 66 cards (with sleeve or box).

How do I track my order?

Thanks to the lettre suivie, you can know its routing status thanks to the tracking number which is available in the "My orders" area.

You can find out your package delivery status using your package shipping number (lettre suivie) sent to you by e-mail. If you notice any irregularities regarding the delivery of your package, please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page. The delivery times are the average recorded times and are not guaranteed. Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer accepts no responsibility for deliveries outside these delivery times or wrong information provided by the customer (mistake in the postal address or recipient’s name).

 

How do you know if your card is activated?

To find out if your card is activated, check your balance by clicking here. If the balance appears, your card is already activated. If it states that your card is inactive, please contact us.

The cards sent become active 2 days after shipment, for security reasons.

How do I track my order?

Do you have any outstanding orders?

If your order has “Awaiting Payment” status, your order has not been validated.

If you decide not to finalise your order, it will be automatically cancelled within approximately 15 days.

Whatever you decide to do, please be assured that your bank details are not retained under any circumstances.

You can check your card balance at any time on the giftcard.montecarlosbm.com site in the section Check my balance, with your card number. The update of the balance is instantaneous..

Monte-Carlo Gift Card purchased on-line and in the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer establishments are valid for 12 months from their date of purchase.

This validity period is a regulatory requirement. Monte-Carlo Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How can you block your card?

To block your card, you must contact us.
As a reminder, the gift card cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded in the event of loss or theft (regardless of its balance).
